Privacy Policy

We receive information you provide when you create and use an account, such as your account email, profile details, classroom preferences, curriculum selections, resources, and classroom information you choose to enter or connect.

Dreamlight is designed for educators and school personnel. It is not intended for students to create independent consumer accounts.

• Provide and operate Dreamlight features you choose to use.
• Maintain your account, preferences, classroom workspace, and connected-service settings.
• Provide requested AI-assisted drafts and planning tools.
• Protect the security and reliability of the service.

Google Calendar and Google Drive are optional connections. When you choose to connect them, Dreamlight uses the information you authorize to provide the related calendar, planning, and resource features. You can disconnect supported services and may revoke Google permissions through your Google Account settings.

Dreamlight uses Google API data only to provide the features you request. Dreamlight’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Dreamlight does not sell personal information or share it for advertising purposes. We may use service providers where necessary to operate Dreamlight, process payments, provide integrations, or comply with law.

Ending a subscription does not automatically delete classroom data. Dreamlight preserves the account’s classroom data after cancellation unless the account is deleted.

Users may request account deletion from Dreamlight Settings after any Stripe subscription is fully canceled. Account deletion removes the Dreamlight account and stored teacher documents, and Dreamlight revokes saved Google Calendar and Google Drive connections used by the account.

Dreamlight uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as Dreamlight evolves. The effective date above will reflect the current version.
