Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dreamlight offers Starter at $12 per month, Plus at $18 per month, and Complete at $25 per month. Yearly options are $120, $180, and $250 respectively, which reflects two months free compared with monthly billing.

Eligible subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. A payment method is collected when checkout begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins billing after the trial under the plan and billing interval chosen at checkout.

Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. Your payment information is handled by Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy practices; Dreamlight does not store your full card number.

You may cancel from Dreamlight Settings → Billing. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Your paid access and classroom data remain available through that end date. Settings → Billing remains available after cancellation so you can review billing information.

Dreamlight does not currently offer a separate discretionary refund guarantee. Payments are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe there is a billing error, contact support@dreamlightdashboard.com so we can review the issue.

Ending a subscription does not automatically delete your classroom data. Dreamlight preserves classroom data after cancellation. If you want to remove your account and stored information, first ensure the Stripe subscription is fully canceled, then request account deletion from Dreamlight Settings.

Available plan and billing-interval changes are shown in Dreamlight Settings → Billing. Any change is reflected according to the billing option presented at the time you make that change.
